We are back home now and missing Guanaja terribly, as all people must do after returning from paradise.

Guanaja, a tropical Caribbean island paradise off the coast of Honduras, provided a wonderful setting for a paddle trip that was quite an adventure. The Caribbean Kayak Adventures outfitter provided sturdy equipment, excellent food, comfortable accommodations, and best of all, great vibes. I liked the trip so much I hope to go again!

What a perfect vacation! Kayaking allowed me to explore a beautiful island in a way that I never have before. I was able to see the island from all angles: the coral reef with its crayola-colored fish, the emerald jungle's waterfall with native parrots screaming overhead, the heights of the island's hills, and the hospitality of the islanders. I will return every year.
